It's no doubt that candles can change an atmosphere, elevating the mundane. Candles are also incredibly powerful and supportive. When lighting a candle, clearly state your intentions and desires. Allow the candle to hold this energy and release it into the Universe allowing your will to be done.

At the bottom of this candle, a loverly crystal waits for you. Each crystal promotes a different aspect of wellness and healing.  

When your crystal is revealed, use tweezers or a spoon to remove from the jar. Gently wash with soap and water and carry it with you to reap its benefits. Don't forget to recharge your stones under the full moon light.
