I'm confident that our products will bring light into your life. However, if you'd like to return or exchange your order, I'd be happy to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. All returns are issued as store credit only. If your products are damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately so that we can make it right.

Please note the following exceptions to our policy:

• Sale items and smudge sticks are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Returned items must be in original packaging
• Apparel returns must show no sign of wear
• We are not responsible for lost/stolen packages

To complete a return or exchange please follow these steps:

1. Email shopradmoonmama@gmail.com and include your name, order number, reason for return and whether you'd like a return for store credit or exchange.
2. Print your prepaid shipping label that you'll receive via email.
3. Send all items back using the label provided.
